Vibratory machines are generally used by producers of metal parts, such as metal fastener, door handle, buckle, table-furniture ornament, lock...etc.

Abrasive media, water and chemical compounds are the necessary elements in vibratory finishing. Due to the movements of the vibratory machine, abrasive media applies pressure and continuous strokes to corners / edges of the parts. Deburring and descaling is provided in this way.

Abrasive media is made from three different types of material; ceramic, plastic and porcelain.

Chemical products are used in vibration machines to ensure degreasing, abrasive and polishing effect and also long lasting corrosion protection on the surface of the metal parts.
